The Probation Guardians Association was established in September 2002. We are a fraternal organization and a charter
member of the Parent Organization, the Grand Council Guardians Association, Inc., under the executive leadership of Chairperson
Charles B. Billups.
The Executive Board saw a need to create a unified body of African American employes whose voice, presence and actions
will earn recognition and respect in the workplace.
Our mission is as follows:
To advocate on behalf of all African Americans members for career progression
opportunities and to eliminate discriminatory practices in the workplace.
To establish relationships with other organization whose purpose is similar
with the Probation Guardians Association.
